My clients include buyers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants involved in sales, purchases, financing and leasing commercial real estate, including strip centers, apartments, hotels, office space, and other commercial property. I also regularly assist building supply companies, such as lumber yards, concrete and ready-mix suppliers, acoustical and drywall materials suppliers, with mechanics' and materialmen's liens, and handle property claims and collections for several commercial entities.
I have been providing Houston businesses and individuals with legal representation since 1971. Since 1984 I have been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in residential and commercial real estate. I have extensive trial and appellate experience in the state and federal courts of Texas.
